octave-psychtoolbox-3 software package provides toolbox for vision research -- Octave bindings, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install octave-psychtoolbox-3
octave-psychtoolbox-3 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the octave-psychtoolbox-3 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep octave-psychtoolbox-3 *
You will get with octave-psychtoolbox-3 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
